Passionate Farmer
Presents LOOS TALES
There is a sixth generation U.S. farmer who has taken his passion for a rural lifestyle to the radio airwaves with a program called Loos Tales. His name is Trent Loos. He has a background in livestock production, but his desire to bridge the gap between farmers and consumers led him to a career in radio broadcasting and public speaking.
His program, Loos Tales, is currently on nearly 100 stations throughout the Midwest. Trent has a background in livestock production but his desire to bridge the gap between farmers and consumers led him to a career in radio broadcasting and public speaking. With the guidance of some seasoned radio veterans who were willing to take him under their wing, Trent has expanded his radio audience to listeners all across the country. He records, produces and sends his radio programs from wherever his travels take him using his laptop computer and the internet.
Trent was raised on a diversified farm near Quincy, IL. He entered the hog business at a young age and has been involved in livestock production ever since. He and his wife Kelli operate a purebred Limousin and Angus cow herd. They enjoy working cattle, training horses and raising their two daughters on the ranch in central Nebraska.
