Dan Bell,
President,
has a background in Marketing/Sales with several large
corporations; built and operated a Western Amusement Park, and supplied cast
and livestock for several TV movies and commercials. He is an
entertainer, has produced and directed major western events nationwide,
served on the Board of Directors of the Western Music Association as their
Events Director, is Past President of the World Wide Westerners Association, and
served on the Board of Directors for CIOFF USA
DR. Walter “Chick”
Bishop, Chairman of the Advisery Board, is Past President
and Founder of the national West Quest Project preserving the traditions and
music of the west. He is a noted Western Historian for the Old
Chisholm Trail Association. An author, educator and CEO for the
Illinois Charlie Russell Foundation, Dr. Bishop is the founder of the West
Quest Cowboy Cancer Crusade, and has served on many committees and Boards of
Directors for many Western oriented organizations.
Jeff
Hildebrandt,
Media Consultant,
is the Managing Producer for STARZ “Westerns” Movie Channel, a
former Country Music DJ, Fireman, Emergency Medical Technician and TV
producer. In 2001, he
was presented the Western Music Association “Western Way” Award for
his“significant contributions to the Western Way of Life.” In 2002,
Jeff received the Will Roger Medallion Award from the Academy of Western
Artists. A nationally know poet and author, he was featured at the
Motion Picture “Golden Boot “ award show in Los Angeles.
Ted Knorr,
PUBLISHER/EDITOR, has owned and operated his own Advertising
company, was editor and publisher of his own magazine, and worked in sales
and marketing positions with several large firms. He is a former President
of the Federated Advertising Club, and has performed in national TV
commercials.
